     在产品的生产过程中,有很多地方需要用到字符标记,比如产品的型号、生产日期、特定参数等等,而这些所标记的字符通常会在生产过程中识别出来以辨认信息是否准确或供其它生产环节使用,在高速生产过程中,光学字符识别/验证(OCR/OCV 以其准确、高速、可靠等特点已广泛应用到工业生产。

     通过光学照明,成像系统采集图像,再通过字符识别工具,轻松识别出产品上的字符信息,识别结果可通过通信方式输出或通过电控信号进行结果判断并输出。

 Through optical illumination and imaging system to collect the image, and then through our character recognition tool, easy to identify the characters of information product, identification results can be output by means of communication or through electronic control signal output to the judgment.
